Terms of service

PropSec is provided as-is. Use it for hospitality operations and compliance. The terms below cover acceptable use, your data, availability, liability, and how we handle changes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape the product, resell access to it, or integrate it with third-party systems without our prior written consent. You also agree not to use PropSec to store unlawful content or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Your data

You retain full ownership of the operational records you upload. If you cancel your subscription, we open a 90-day export window. After the window closes, we erase your data from production systems on the standard backup rotation.

Service availability

We target reasonable best-effort availability. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via in-app notification. Unplanned incidents are communicated in-app and resolved as quickly as we are able.

Liability

Our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is capped at the lower of (a) the fees you have paid in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) GBP 25,000. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law. This is the standard SaaS limitation and does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We will email you at least 30 days before any material change to these terms. Non-material clarifications take effect on publication.
